Terms and Conditions for Saiyaara Yoga

Participation in children's yoga classes implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. In cases where specific medical conditions are disclosed, the instructor may decide, in consultation with the parents or guardians, to deny participation. This decision may be based on safety concerns, disruption of the group, or insufficient knowledge of the child’s condition.

1. Registration

You can register your child via the registration form on our website:www.saiyaara-yoga.nl.. Please indicate any physical and/or psychological complaints or special considerations so that we can take them into account during the lessons. If necessary, the instructor will contact you beforehand to discuss these matters. If no immediate spot is available, your child will be placed on a waiting list. You will be informed by email. If you no longer wish to remain on the waiting list, please notify us by email.

2. Course Fees

Course fees are listed on the website and must be paid in advance. You will receive an invoice. If a parent fails to meet their payment obligations on time, the instructor reserves the right to deny the child access to classes until payment is received.

3. Absence Due to Illness or Other Reasons

If your child cannot attend a class, please notify us by phone at least 24 hours in advance. Missed classes cannot be rescheduled, but a sibling or friend may attend in their place. If your child is unable to attend for an extended period, we will work with you to find a suitable solution. Please inform us in a timely manner.

4. Parent Contact Information

In case something happens during class, it is important that the instructor can reach you. Please provide your home phone number, mobile number, and, if applicable, your work number on the registration form. Notify us of any changes to your contact details.

5. Payments

Registration is only final once payment has been received no later than one week before the first class.

6. Arrival and Pick-Up

Ensure your child arrives on time (5 to 10 minutes before class starts) so we can begin promptly. If your child arrives more than 10 minutes late, they will not be allowed to join the class as it causes disruption.

7. Misbehavior

If a child misbehaves during class, the instructor reserves the right to deny access to future classes without refund. The child will first receive several warnings, and the matter will be discussed with the parents or guardians.

8. Clothing

Please dress your child in comfortable clothing that allows free movement (e.g., sweatpants and a t-shirt). In winter, socks with anti-slip soles are recommended. Yoga mats, blankets, and cushions are provided.

9. Announcements

Important announcements will be sent home with your child or emailed to you. All updates will also be posted on the website.

10. Accidents and Liability

Saiyaara Yoga is not liable for injuries or physical harm. In case of serious health issues, we advise consulting your doctor before participating in children's yoga. Saiyaara Yoga is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings of children or parents. Parents or guardians are liable for any damage caused by their child to the yoga space or its furnishings.

11. Trial Class

You may register your child for a trial class. The trial class is valid for 7 days after purchase.

12. Class Size

We maintain a maximum of 12 children per class to ensure personal attention and a safe, effective learning environment. Smaller groups allow for better guidance and support of each child’s development, and enable us to respond more effectively to individual needs and group dynamics.

13. Children's Yoga Coaching

In addition to group classes, Saiyaara Yoga offers individual children's yoga coaching. These sessions are tailored to support children with specific challenges such as stress, concentration issues, emotional difficulties, or behavioral concerns. Coaching is provided in a calm and safe setting. For more information, contact us at info@saiyaara.nl.

14. Illness and COVID-19 Symptoms

If your child is ill or shows symptoms related to COVID-19 such as fever, coughing, or shortness of breath, please keep them at home and inform the instructor. We follow the guidelines of the Dutch government and the GGD. In case of health crises, classes may be adjusted to ensure safety.

15. School Holidays

No classes are held during school holidays unless otherwise stated on the website. Please check our website regularly for updates or changes.
