A magical yoga journey for children aged 7 to 12

At Saiyaara Yoga, we believe that yoga is more than just movement. It is a journey of discovery into peace, inner strength, and imagination. That is why we have developed something special for children: Saiyaara's Aura Journey, a 6-week series of 90-minute classes in which children discover their own inner universe together with Suri the Owl and Sura the Cat.

Each week has a theme inspired by planets, stars, and the universe, full of yoga, breathwork, and relaxation.

Small groups of a maximum of 7 children ensure personal attention and safety.

Creativity takes center stage at Saiyaara's Aura Journey. Yoga helps children discover their bodies, breath, and feelings, and to relax, but the creative moments complete the inner journey.

By drawing, making up stories, visualizing imaginatively, or experimenting playfully, children learn:

to express their feelings
to develop self-confidence and self-awareness
To think creatively and flexibly
To let their inner universe grow

The special thing is that the creative assignments are only revealed during the lesson, so that every experience remains unique, surprising, and exciting. This makes learning and discovering fun, challenging, and valuable.
