Dress code
At Saiyaara Yoga, we believe it's important that children feel comfortable and can move freely during yoga classes. Therefore, we ask parents to observe a few dress codes and hygiene measures to ensure a pleasant and safe environment.
Dress code
Comfortable clothing : Make sure your child wears clothes that allow them to move easily, such as sweatpants, leggings, or athletic shorts and a T-shirt or top. Avoid tight clothing that could restrict their movement.
No zippers or buttons : We recommend clothing without zippers or large buttons, as these can be uncomfortable in some yoga poses.
Barefoot or non-slip socks : Yoga is best practiced barefoot, so children have good grip on the mat. In winter or cold weather, non-slip socks can be worn for safety and comfort.
Tying Hair : If your child has long hair, we ask that you tie it back in a ponytail or braid so that it doesn't fall into the face during exercises.

Hygiene
At Saiyaara Yoga, hygiene is very important. This ensures that the children feel comfortable in a clean environment.

-
Wash hands before class : We ask children to wash their hands before class to ensure a clean start.
-
Yoga mats: We provide clean yoga mats, but it's always a good idea to bring your own if you prefer.
-
Healthy habits : We encourage children to pursue a healthy lifestyle, both during and outside of yoga class. This means drinking plenty of water and not eating during class.
-

By following these dress codes and hygiene measures, we can work together to ensure a pleasant and safe yoga experience for every child.
